Goop's Morning Matcha Smoothie

This uber healthy morning smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Made with matcha powder, coconut water, spinach, ginger, banana and lemon.

Equipment

  • High Powered Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 4 tsp roughly chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 frozen bananas

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

This recipe is great for getting dark leafy greens into your kids. When making for kids, blend everything but the matcha powder for their serving, then add it to the remaining portion and pulse a few more times for your serving.
